I’m Lukas Weishaupt, a GTM strategist with 10+ years of experience in FMCG, brand management, and retail sales across European markets.

I’ve built go-to-market strategies for consumer brands entering retail and foodservice, managed key account relationships with major European retailers and foodservice operators, and led commercial teams through product launches across multiple categories. For many consumer brands, winning in one channel is not enough. The ability to execute GTM across retail and foodservice simultaneously is what separates a successful launch from a limited one.
